When I’m in a certain kind of mood, spaghetti and coffee at a kissaten is just perfect.

I voted for Italian pizza but I guess now that I think about it I have never been to Italy... So I don't really know! But I definitely prefer American pizza to Japanese, but I think Japanese pizza places are more willing to try different things (sometimes good, sometimes insane)

Sometimes good sometimes insane is pretty accurate about that

"So while the title recalls the city of Naples, nothing about an affordable, slightly I don’t believe it personifies the Italian city."

This sentence reads weird to me, but I could be wrong.

It could definitely have used an edit...

I tried it when I was in Japan. It's not bad😄 Italian but with a Japanese flavour

I voted for Italian Pizza, simply because I've never tasted a Japanese one. They look quite appetizing in that picture though, I'd like to try them all. I intensely dislike ketchup, and Napolitan has nothing authentically Neapolitan, except for the spaghetti, but I trust the way Japanese cuisine understands flavors, so why not? Anyway, when I'll finally visit Japan (a lifelong dream of mine), I'll be too busy eating my way through ramen, sushi, tonkatsu and kakigori.
